The maximum temperature allowed for heated outdoor pools is between 24 °C and 26 °C, in accordance with Decree 212/2005 of the government of the Canary Islands.
Note that the average annual temperature of the network is 12 °C. The temperature will never feel the same as when entering a Jacuzzi. We feel compelled to clarify this, because many customers get confused about the concept of heating.
This service will never be refunded when the water temperature is equal to or greater than 24 °C.
